Basic Information;
Character's Full Name: Tobias Ragg
Nicknames: Toby
Age && Birthday: 13, July 8th
Occupation: various odd jobs
Class: Lower
Appearance;
Toby is a young boy who is rather scraggly and scrawny and a bit small for his age. He isn't very tall, and his build is quite slim. His face is round and boyish, with a thin nose, full lips, large blue eyes, and ears that are just slightly too big for his head. His hair is dark and somewhat shaggy, falling in casual disarray at every angle and partially into his face at times. His skin is very pale, with a few freckles sprinkled across his nose and cheeks. At all times he wears worn and tattered clothing, and a pare of very battered shoes.
Personality;
Toby often acts like the young boy that he is, but believe it or not, he is actually quite mature for his years. His is very curious and inquiring about everything, always willing to learn, and is a very hard worker. Despite his less than satisfactory life so far, it has yet to dampen his spirits. He is very rarely in a sullen mood, and is always optimistic. However, he is not optimistic to the point of foolishness. He is very alert and intuitive, and is able to tell when something is wrong. He is the voice of reason.
Playing dumb is something that Toby excels at. He never really lets on how intelligent he is and how much he knows, and is often unaware of it himself. It's sort of his defense mechanism, playing the simpleton. But despite his hidden cleverness, he is very genuine. He is always loyal to those he cares about and will do anything to help them. He is very caring and thoughtful and always willing to work and make a sacrifice for those he loves. But he also quite stubborn. He likes to have fun and do childish things, but when he really puts his mind to something, there is no changing it.

History;
When mentioning the name Tobias Ragg, one is often left wondering if the child that would be taken under Nellie Lovett's care, should have been left for dead. Toby's story began with his mother leaving the three weeks old child at an orphanage in London and was never to be heard from again. Stories often spread to Toby that she had the appearance of an angel, but also that she was a woman of ill repute, that he was the result of her mishaps. Whatever the case may have been, Toby grew up without proper family members and this would only cause him later in life discouragement when first meeting Lovett.
The weeks turned into years and soon enough by his fifth birthday (at least that was what he believed it was), Toby was ushered into factory work. Little would the boy understand what it was like to be forced to work until your body ached so badly until a few months later. Towards Christmas time two years later, he was working in the factory houses, Toby's foot was twisted and broken in an accident. Never had the boy felt a lashing before up until this time but soon felt it as he was deemed 'worthless' to them and that he was cast out onto the streets.
Shortly after, Toby's life changed drastically as he met Signor Pirelli, a street barber with a reputation to boot. Pirelli took Toby under his wing and within weeks, he became his cleaner after shaves and whatnot, even working his way up to selling the products his owner sold. Of course, that injury never quite healed, thus, Toby seemed to walk with a limp but never dared to mention that it ailed him, lest Pirelli hurt him too (therefore the beginning of becoming attached to the gin bottle happened). Pirelli would eventually toughen up and harm the boy but it was to teach Toby life lessons, of which Toby quickly learned especially when he questioned Pirelli about the 'Miracle Elixir' when it was first made.
The times passed and soon enough, Toby was growing closer and closer to becoming a man - this caused Pirelli to place a lockdown on the boy to ensure Toby would not run off from him or cause ruin. Toby remained faithful as ever as to not enrage Pirelli, but little would either of them realize that time was about to change them both. Their usual scheme to con people into buying the elixirs that Pirelli made failed one day as a Mr. Sweeney Todd attempted to reveal the sham that Pirelli truly was.
Toby watched as the Signor lost and eventually Pirelli confronted Mr. Todd about it. Toby's life changed as he met his redeemer: Mrs. Lovett. The woman was sent from Heaven, or had to be a fallen angel, in his opinion. Soon enough, Toby was no longer working for Signor Pirelli (he initially thought that the man had left him, according to Mr. Todd's tale) and was now under the ownership of Lovett and Todd. Toby grew to love his 'Mum' but feared Mr. Todd's wrath and actions towards Mrs. Lovett. His suspicious nature started to return as customers started to disappear and began to wonder why the pies sold so well. .
Family Relationships;
He has no family, except for Mrs. Lovett and Mr. Todd.
Your RP;
As per usual, Renesmee had grown bored of hanging around in the cottage. There was rarely anything at all to do there. So she found herself wandering down the path through Hoh Forest that led to the house where the other Cullens lived. It always proved to provide some sort of entertainment, as she enjoyed spending time with the rest of her family. The downside to to this (well, it was a downside for her family, but not so much for her) was that Jacob would often show up at whichever house she happened to be at, and her family members, particularly Rosalie, did not enjoy having him around.
Yet still she walked soundlessly through the trees and towards the big house on her own. The sky was it's usual cloudy gray. Renesmee glanced up and sighed imperceptibly. It would be a perfect day for her to go to school. But she wasn't allowed by her parents to attend school. They were afraid that others would notice how quickly she changed, and then how suddenly she would stop. It really wasn't fair, being treated like a child when she didn't think like one. They dressed her like a doll. Made her hair like a doll. Even now she was clad in a simple yellow dress and her copper curls were left long and loose.
When she reached the house, she slipped in through the glass door, and there was no one in the living room. She made her way to the baby grand piano and sat down, beginning to play a soft tune absentmindedly as she waited for someone else to arrive, allowing her white fingers to run over the keys like large spiders.
